About Us

Milind Pasari is the founder and president of the company and has more than 25 years of Accounting, Tax, Financial Reporting, and Business Consulting experience.  He started his accounting practice in 2008. Prior to that, Milind was with KPMG and PricewaterhouseCooper, where he provided tax compliance and tax consulting services to mutual funds, exchange traded funds, hedge funds, and small businesses.

Credentials:

Milind is a CFA charter holder, a licensed CPA; he holds CFP® and CPWA® designations, and a Chartered Accountant’s designation from India. He also has a Masters in taxation from Bentley College in Waltham, MA.

Milind is a faculty at the UCLA Extension where he teaches various investment courses. He has also taught Accounting, Retirement Plans for Small Business, and Financial Planning at other universities.
